Things to Note

  • The pet ambulance is limited to pet transport only and owners must arrange their own transport to the emergency hospital.
  • We must observe all road rules and regulations during transport.
  • We are not permitted to use lights and sirens, which may result in longer transport times due to traffic conditions and other factors.
  • While every effort will be made to ensure your pet's safety during transport, there are inherent risks associated with any form of medical transport. These risks include, but are not limited to, delays due to traffic, worsening of your pet’s condition during transit, mechanical malfunction, or unforeseen complications.
  • In the event of an emergency during transport, we will take necessary action, which may include redirecting to the nearest emergency facility or performing emergency procedures en route.
  • We will attempt to provide transport to your hospital of choice, but ER availability, staffing, road conditions, weather conditions, or patient status may necessitate transfer to a different emergency hospital.
